Duitara — Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Duitara application published by Nelenga. By installing or using Duitara you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence & use of the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Duitara on devices you own or control, for your own record-keeping. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Your content

Everything you record in Duitara (transactions, wallets, budgets, goals, debts) remains yours. Because data is stored on your device, you are responsible for backups — for example via the export or sync features.

Not financial advice

Duitara is a record-keeping tool. Reports, summaries, and AI scan results are provided for your convenience and may contain errors — always verify important figures. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice.

Duitara Pro subscriptions

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available in monthly and yearly terms.

• The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency as set by the app store.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and you are charged through your app store account, unless you cancel first.
• Cancel any time from your app store account — the app links you there under Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you already paid for, and access continues until that period ends.
• To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by the app store you purchased from (Google Play or the App Store) under their policies. We cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
• If a price changes, you will be asked to consent before the new price applies to you, as required by the app store.

What Pro includes

Pro removes ads, unlocks partner sync, and raises the monthly AI receipt scan allowance. The free tier includes 10 scans per month and Pro includes 200 scans per month; the allowance resets each calendar month. We may adjust these allowances as costs change — any reduction will be announced in release notes before it takes effect.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, and do not attempt to bypass usage limits, tamper with subscription or quota checks, or place automated load on our servers.

Availability & warranty

Duitara is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and features that depend on a network connection or third-party services may be unavailable at times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nelenga is not liable for data loss or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Support

Any questions or complaints about the app go to Nelenga, not to Apple or Google: support@nelenga.com. We are solely responsible for the app, its content, and its maintenance and support.

Apple App Store

For copies obtained through the App Store: these terms are between you and Nelenga only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and noted in release notes. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms. Questions: support@nelenga.com
